Mango Chutney

This sauce originates from India – the kingdom of spices. Moderately spicy, refreshingly sweet and sour. In this sauce, the combination of mango, onion, pepper, turmeric and lemon is perfectly revealed. Very suitable for cheeses, chicken, fish (herring, salmon). This tangy, tasty condiment is a perfect dip, snack decoration or accompaniment to grilled chicken, fish, pork, or lamb.

Best served with cheese or poultry. Goes well with meat and appetizers.

Ingredients

25% mango, 17% apples, sugar, 11% onions, 7% raisins, rapeseed oil, apple vinegar, 4% ground chili pepper, lemon juice, salt, 1% ginger powder, turmeric powder, 0,2% cinnamon, acidity regulator citric acid, ground allspice, black pepper, thickener xanthan gum, modified starch, preservative potassium sorbate.

No water, artificial colorings, taste or smell enhancers added!
Store at 0 – 25 °C. Keep away from direct sunlight.
Refrigerate after opening.
